PLEASE READ SO THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING!

WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR PARTY,
YOU AGREE TO ALL THESE TERMS!

We have been hosting parties for many years. Through trial and error, we have learned that these following polices work the best for the day to run smoothly. Please read and follow them.

1. The party is for the child/children – not the adults. (meaning there will be no room for you to sit with your child if party is at it's max.)

2. We have limited space in the party room. It is best if the invited child is dropped off with the hosting parents at the party and the parents to return for pick-up. With this in mind:

Parties of 8-12 painters are allowed no more than 8 non-painters to stay. This includes the parents of the guest of honor. We suggest that you organize with your invited guests in advance of the special day.

Parties of 13-16 painters are allowed no more than 6 non-painters to stay. This includes the parents of the guest of honor. We suggest that you organize with your invited guests in advance of the special day.

Parties of 18 painters are allowed no more than 4 non-painters to stay. This includes the parents of the guest of honor.

Non-painting parents that stay for the party must remain seated in the party room in the back.

We have benches and chairs (when available). This keeps both entrances/exits clear and allows

the employee(s) working the party to have access to the children and supplies. They will be quite

busy working both sides of the table.

3. If extra parents and siblings wish to wait for their child and wish to paint, they may call and reserve a seat in the main room for that time. Keep in mind that we are at our busiest

Thursdays through Sundays. We strongly advise parents to call 410-439-3555 well in advance of the scheduled party date. It is not permitted to just drop off other children/siblings in the front room to paint without parental supervision.

4. Your party runs for 2 hours – you (the host parent(s) may arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled party time. The following is a guideline:

When the kids arrive they will go into the party room and an employee will have them pick their pottery piece.

This will continue until each child arrives or until 15 minutes into your party time.

Your party hostess will explain and give instructions on painting their pottery.

All painters will paint for approximately 40 minutes.

The party hostess will start to clean-up the tables to get ready to hand out food, serve cake, etc. Their job is to help you.

If there is any time left, feel free to open presents.

We usually have parties scheduled back-to-back.

Your timely departure after your 2 hours are appreciated and needed.

By providing a deposit, you acknowledge that you agree to all of Pic -N- Paint’s party policies. Feel free to call the studio if you have any questions.

Ø Minimum:

8 painters to book the room 24.00 per painter/per pottery (1 piece per person)

Ø Maximum: 18 painters/non painters

Parties not meeting minimums will be charged a fee equal to the difference between total sales and the minimum requirement.

Ø Deposit: $75.00 Non-Refundable $60.00 will be deducted and $15.00 is a room fee. ROOMPOLICIES

Dangerous, destructive behaviors and excess noise will not be tolerated. If guest are unable to refrain from such behaviors , your party may be asked to leave. Deposits are not refundable or transferable in these instances.
